Transitional Solutions provides clients with a FREE phone consultation to evaluate care needs, budget and geographic preference. From the phone consultation your Transitional Solutions guide will provide a list of resources for your needs. For senior housing you can request personal guided tours of select locations in the Denver metro area.

Step 1 - Tell Us What You Need Help With
We consult with you via phone or email to learn about your needs. For example are you looking to downsize to an active independent living lifestyle or do you have serious needs with activities of daily living due to health or aging issues? Sometimes we are working with the 50+ and independent adult looking to move into the active retirement lifestyle. Other times we are helping the adult child find solutions for parents experiencing memory issues, lack of socialization, bill paying problems or other changes in what was once a normal lifestyle. All of these are topics that we can help find solutions for.

Step 2 - Evaluate the Geographic Preference for the Services
With our consultation we need a description of the geographic location you need services for. This could be from finding an in-home care and companion professional to locating the best assisted living location that is close to other family members.

Step 3: - Evaluate the Budget for the Services
As part of our evaluation we will need to discuss the budget for services or desired housing. Budget issues are discussed in general terms and only to give us an idea of what type of services to recommend.

Optional Care Management Consulting Services
Certain complicated health, aging and care issues can benefit from the services of a professional Care Manager. Transitional Solutions can provide a care manager consultation for fee for service.
