About April Reno

April Reno is a retired Geriatric nurse who has worked in the senior market place for over 30 years. During this period she has been involved in a variety of professions from long term care nursing for 15 years, senior housing placement professional, companion care and marketing consultant for senior oriented companies. Aside from geriatric long term care nursing, April has been directly involved in a variety of senior housing from active independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, long term care and hospice.

April Reno has also founded, owned and operated 3 assisted livings in Colorado. She currently continues to have ownership with an independent and assisted living community in Curtis, Nebraska. The location was founded by April and other owners more than 10 years ago. The location is thriving and providing needed services to older adults and their families in rural Nebraska.

Work and life experiences that April Reno has had provide her with a true understanding of all the resources and services that are available to seniors especially in Colorado. Her knowledge and ability to locate appropriate services is based on her experience from 30 plus years in the senior industry.
